Organizational development focuses on discovering, developing, and deploying leaders within healthy systems and structures. Assuring that each organization is staffed with persons sharing the ministry’s culture and vision is our primary focus. Since we know that the majority of Christian organizations do not have a thought-through pastoral succession and transition plan, the Expand Group assists organizations through those challenging times that are full of pitfalls and possibilities.
